The EU-funded Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), under the current European Framework Programme for research and innovation, named Horizon 2020, offers highly attractive and competitive schemes to bring together universities, research centres and private companies, located all over the world, and can involve researchers of any nationality and in any field of research. MSCA have been supporting outstanding researchers and renowned host organisations for more than 20 years and one of its defining features is international mobility.
The launch of the MSCA 2019 Call for Individual Fellowships is open now. It is open to researchers all over the world including China, who have a doctoral degree or at least four years’ full-time research experience. The deadline for applying is set on 11 September 2019 (17:00:00 Brussels time).
Applicants have the choice to apply for a European Fellowship if they are moving within the EU or associated countries or if they are interested to come to the EU or an associated country from any other country in the world.
Researchers based in the EU or associated countries can apply for a Global Fellowship for a position outside Europe.

MSCA Individual Fellowships offer favorable employment conditions, including the possibility to work part-time and, for example, work on creating a start-up or follow advanced studies in parallel.
